Deaf transgender community

Hi everyone I went to Gender Odyssey this weekend and befriended this deaf FTM and he isn't very good at English or using the computer because he's been deaf pretty much all his life so he asked if I could ask for him if there was any deaf transgender communities, mostly FTM. Also anything in the Seattle area would really help him as well but online forums could work.
