Questons re: moving and hormones

Bit of a weird question for guys in the UK, and I'm not sure you'll be able to help. Worth a shot, though:

I'm very likely going to be moving to Scotland in four or five years. By that time, I'll have been five or six years on testosterone (I've been on it for six months now) and post-top surgery. In regards to healthcare/the NHS covering a continued prescription for testosterone, anyone know what I would have to do? I'm thinking I would need to see... someone (a gender specialist? an endocrinologist?) in Scotland and have them re-prescribe it, since the prescription from my doctor in the US will likely not be applicable outside the country, but I'm honestly not sure and I don't know where to start looking or asking to find out.

I know you probably won't be able to give me a perfect answer, but anything you know - or anywhere else you can direct me to ask - would be incredibly helpful. Thanks!
