Bras without breasts

Mood: excited

So I want to start wearing a bra. I've tried some on in front of the mirror and I think it does a lot for my figure and helps with passing. My problem is, being pre-HRT, I don't have anything to fill it out with! I'm obviously not the first girl with this problem...so does anyone have any advice or experience to share? I'd rather not go with breastforms simply because of the expense, but I'm open to ideas.

Thanks in advance! ^.^

PVC pellets in tights is a cheap option that can work quite well :) You just cut the legs off a pair of pantyhose, fill with pellets to the desired size, twist it up, double it over, and knot them.

You just need the right one. I use padded pushup bras without anything in them and have found it to be pretty effective. Granted you are never going to be very busty with some sort of insert. You might need to look at stores more aimed at the "Juniors" crowd. This style is my current favorite: http://www.ae.com/aerie/browse/product.jsp?catId=cat520023&productId=prod1560002

I normally fold/roll socks in mine, but I don't know if that's the best way.

Silicone bra inserts. They're cheap. You can probably find some in your local mall. I got mine in a craft/fabric store but they might have them in the ladies' underwear section of a department store.

This. I happened to find some in a craft store yesterday and I was like "Oh!" and bought them on a whim.

They're amazing. I was previously pretty meh on the idea of "stuffing" but these might work well until the estrogen kicks in. :)

I even got a pair of Tshirt bras at VS today that go with them nicely!

My household seconds this. They will eventually absorb body smell but they are easy to replace. If you can't find millet, rice works as well.

This is what I did. They work well, they're easy to make, and super cheap.

I've used socks rolled up. I also had a friend that filled a condom with hair gel and then wrapped that in pantyhose.

I made some out of foam shoulder pads. I sewed through them to shape them. I also use silicon inserts from Primark (a very cheap shop in the UK). The foam ones I made are attached to a bodysuit with hip padding too, and I can wear any bra over them. The inserts go in a variety of bras, but they have to have closed cups or they'll fall out, so I've altered some bras to close the cup by adding more foam inserts where the cup finished.

I'm going to need a sports bra for when I start doing serious exercise, I've been doing it as a man so far.

Thanks everyone for the advice! I bought some silicone bra inserts and they were perfect!
