I went to have my first face to face appointment with Dr. Mangubat yesterday, and have made a video review here.   If you are near the Seattle area, I highly recommend him so far.

I'm also going to link here to some pictures:

Also, some breast augmentations - http://www.southcentercosmetic.com/before-after-photos-breast-augmentation-implants.shtml

After I get mine done I will also take pictures.

Thank you for the additional vote of confidence, I'm actually excited, I've always wanted to hear what a plastic surgeon had to say on my thoughts over my FFS. Which hopefully I won't need a great deal, and my biggest fear would be some terrible over done look. I just want my prominently male features hormones haven't been able to clean up feminized.

The reason I'm on the fence about augmentation is I don't want to be in a situation were I could achieve results naturally without surgery. My goal is about a mid C cup, which seems proportionate for a 42 inch chest. I hear some stories of trans women who are able to grow C's and D's without surgery. Though it seems they are the exception, it does play a part. Which it dawns on me that I don't even know what a good time line is to see maximum breast growth.

I hope you won't need a great deal. I don't know much about it, but I wonder if the hormones would bring additional growth after you had surgery.

I wish I could offer you info, but I'm woefully lacking.
